Approach

We all long to be seen, known, and heard.

To be seen and cared for in the midst of pain and heartache. The goal in counseling is to face the reality of pain, while choosing connection as a means of hope and healing.

Karen brings years of experience, additional training in EFT and EMDR, and a welcoming nature to journey with you.
